executive recruiting firm specializing in the placement of experienced professionals in the derivatives and
attorney/legal sectors. The 2 principals of Searchlight Group have over 30 years of combined experience in the
selection and placement of professionals in these areas.
In the Capital Markets Division, our clients are the Accounting and Finance executives. This
specialized practice focuses on experienced hires working in derivatives, structured products, and securitization.
In the Attorney/Legal Division, we work with law firm
partners with established practices, lateral associates and in-house
counsel. Our Firm has been a member of the Lower Manhattan business
community since 1995, with offices on Wall Street through 2001. We are now
located at One West Street, in the Battery Park area as well as Mid-town. The Firm is
participating with efforts to rebuild and revitalize this area directly
affected by the tragedy of September 11, 2001.
